SwatchSwap started on the floor of a Danish furniture retailer, with a problem every store and brand knows: suppliers offer a piece in dozens of fabrics, leathers and wood tones — but the catalog photo only ever shows one.
Photographing every colorway is not realistic. A single sofa in twelve fabrics means twelve studio sessions, or eleven variants your customers never get to see. So buying decisions get made from a 4×4 cm swatch held up next to a photo of the wrong color.
SwatchSwap closes that gap. Upload the product photo you already have, add the material swatch, and get a catalog-ready image of the piece in that exact material — shape, seams, buttons and legs untouched.
What we believe
- Fidelity first. A variant image is only useful if the piece stays exactly the piece. Our tools lock shape, proportions and construction details.
- Honest output. Every example on our site is real, unretouched output from the tool — including the before/after on the front page.
- Fair credits. You pay per finished image. Failed runs are refunded automatically.
- Your photos stay yours. Uploads are used only to generate your results — never to train AI models.
