Terms of Service
The short version: use SwatchSwap with your own product photos, pay per finished result, and everything you generate is yours. The details follow.
1. The service
SwatchSwap is an AI tool that generates product-image variants from photos you upload. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. You must provide a working email address. Accounts are for businesses and professionals; you must be able to enter a binding agreement.
3. Credits, plans and payment
- Generations are paid with credits. Prices per generation are shown in the app before you run it.
- Subscriptions and one-time credit purchases are billed through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Failed generations are refunded automatically to your credit balance.
- Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. Unused subscription credits roll over while your plan is active.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; it runs until the end of the paid period.
- We may change prices with reasonable notice. Changes never affect credits you already hold.
4. Your content
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload, and you own the images and videos you generate from them.
- You give us the technical permission needed to process your uploads for the sole purpose of generating your results.
- You must have the rights to the photos you upload. Do not upload content that is unlawful or infringes someone else's rights.
- We do not use your uploads or results to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no generating unlawful or harmful content, and no reselling access without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for the service to be fast and reliable, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Generated results are stored temporarily (see Help) — download what you want to keep. We may improve or change features over time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data that you could have downloaded.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by writing to support@swatchswap.app. We may terminate accounts that materially breach these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
