Privacy Policy
We store what the service needs to work — nothing more. Your photos are used only to generate your results, and never to train AI models.
What we store
- Account: your email, display name and a securely hashed password.
- Images: the product photos and swatches you upload, and the results you generate.
- Usage: your generation history and credit balance, so we can show your library, refund failed runs and provide support.
- Billing: your subscription status and purchase history. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — they never reach our servers.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: generating your images and videos, keeping your library, billing, and support. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use your uploads or results to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Generated results are stored temporarily: your five newest images for 30 days, older ones for 3 days. Download what you want to keep.
- Your swatch library is kept until you delete a swatch.
- Account and billing records are kept while your account exists, and as required by bookkeeping law.
- Account deletion: write to support@swatchswap.app from your account email, and we delete your account and stored images.
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage and databases.
- OpenAI — image generation (receives your uploaded photos to produce your results).
- Higgsfield — video generation (receives the image a video is generated from).
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Resend — transactional email (verification, password reset).
Cookies
We use one strictly necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time: support@swatchswap.app. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
